The Eggental valley can be reached in many different ways.
By Car
You can reach the Eggental valley by car from the A22 Brenner autobahn: from the north, follow Innsbruck-Brennero-Bolzano Nord/Eggental, while from the south follow Verona-Bolzano Nord/Eggental. You can reach the Eggental valley and your accommodation from the Bolzano Nord/Eggental exit in around 20 minutes.
By train
Coming to South Tyrol by train is both relaxing and environmentally friendly: just sit back, read a book and enjoy the passing landscape – stress-free.
By Plane
South Tyrol airport is located at Bolzano. The closest airports are Innsbruck to the north, Venice and Verona to the south. Flight connections are extensive and allow travellers to travel independently. South Tyrol is less than two hours by car from Verona and Innsbruck.

Booking conditions
Payment Terms
– Prices are per night and per apartment, based on a minimum stay of 7 nights and an occupancy of 2 people.
– For stays under 4 nights, we charge a 10% surcharge per stay, per night, and per person.
– Each additional person: €15-20 per night.
– Children up to the age of 2 stay free of charge.
– Additionally, a mandatory local tax of €2.40 per person per day applies for guests aged 14 and over.

– Bank transfer in advance or upon arrival
– A deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation Policy
There is no right of withdrawal under consumer protection law; however, we offer the following cancellation terms:
– Up to 3 months before arrival: only the deposit will be retained.
– From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the booking price will be charged.
– Within the last 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the booking price will be charged.
– Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid.

– Check-in is available from 3:00 pm (earlier upon request).
– Please check out by 9:30 am.
